Who is responsible and what this notice covers
Starthinc Labs LLC is responsible for the personal information it handles through this company website and direct company inquiries. Our legal identity, registered mailing address, and privacy contact appear below.
This notice covers starthinc.com and the owned domains that redirect to it. It does not replace the notices and agreements governing accounts or operations within Deliverio, Lead2Door, WordPress products, or client systems.
Information involved
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and any name, company, contact details, or project information you choose to include. We use Google Workspace for company email. Please send only information relevant to your inquiry; avoid passwords, identity documents, and sensitive customer records.
When you visit, our hosting and traffic-delivery systems process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, referring page, and response status. Access and error logs help us operate and protect the site.
The site can store your chosen color theme in your browser. Language selection uses page URLs. The company website currently has no submission form, checkout, visitor account, advertising pixels, or integrated marketing analytics. Cloudflare may produce traffic and security metrics as part of delivering the site.
Why we use information
We use correspondence to respond to you, understand a potential project, manage a business relationship, and keep a record of communications. Technical information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, availability, and prevention of misuse.
Where a legal basis is required, project inquiries may involve steps you request before entering a contract. We rely on legitimate interests in answering other inquiries and operating and securing the site, and on legal obligations where applicable. Optional uses requiring consent would need a separate choice.
Providers and access
People handling your inquiry and providers supporting our website and email may process the relevant information. Google Workspace handles company email; Cloudflare handles traffic delivery and website protection. Hosting infrastructure also processes requests and logs. We may disclose information where legally required or to professional advisers where necessary for a business or legal matter.
The company is registered in the United States, and providers including Google and Cloudflare operate internationally. Information may be processed outside your country. Contact us for details about the processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
How long information is kept
We currently retain incoming email correspondence without a scheduled deletion period. This includes inquiry messages and attachments held in our company mailbox. You can request deletion using the contact details below; information may need to be retained for a continuing business relationship, legal obligations, or the handling of a dispute.
Website server logs rotate according to storage limits, so their duration varies with traffic rather than a fixed number of days. Records held by service providers are also subject to the applicable service settings and policies. A saved theme remains in your browser until you change or clear it, or your browser removes it.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Email [email protected] with your request and enough context for us to locate the information. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We handle requests within the time limits required by applicable law; our usual inquiry reply time is not a promise that a privacy request will be resolved within a day.
You can clear display preferences through your browser’s site-data controls. The site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising tracking, and does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal.
Product and client data processing
If a product or engagement involves processing personal information on your behalf, ask us about the applicable data processing agreement, responsibilities, providers, and retention before sharing production data. This website notice is not a data processing agreement and does not establish product-specific commitments.
Audience and changes
This site presents business technology products and services and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us.
We will update this notice when the website’s practices change and show the revision date on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
