Software products & engineering

We build software that runs real operations.

Deliverio and Lead2Door are ours: designed, built, shipped, and run by our team. The same team builds custom systems, automation, infrastructure, security, and WordPress work for companies whose software has to hold up.

Why our work holds up

Software gets better when the people who build it also have to run it. We build and run our own products, and bring the same discipline to every client system: real workflows, real edge cases, and software that still works the next morning.

01Products

Products we build, ship, and run.

Deliverio and Lead2Door are live products for delivery and commerce operations. Themo Landin is one of the WordPress plugins we build and sell.

deliverio.maDelivery operations

Deliverio

Parcel and delivery operations software: tracking, pickup and courier workflows, cash on delivery, and regional networks.

  • Parcel tracking with a clear status history
  • Pickup and courier workflows
  • Cash-on-delivery handling
  • Regional delivery networks and integrations

Under the hood

Every parcel moves through explicit states, and every transition is recorded. Merchants, networks, and couriers each see their part.

lead2door.comCommerce operations

Lead2Door

A managed workspace for D2C and COD teams, from lead capture and confirmation to shipping and financials.

  • Lead capture and confirmation
  • Role-aware work for agents and admins
  • Shipping through connected providers
  • Financial operations in the same workspace

Under the hood

Lead and shipping histories are kept separately, and each shipping provider sits behind one shared order workflow.

03How we engineer

Engineering you can read.

Operational software fails in the details: a status that skips a step, a provider that behaves differently, a user who sees the wrong action. These are the principles we build with.

Orders and parcels move through explicit states. A transition is allowed or it isn’t, and the code says which.

type ParcelState =  | 'created' | 'picked_up' | 'in_transit'  | 'out_for_delivery' | 'delivered' | 'returned' const allowed: Record<ParcelState, ParcelState[]> = {  created: ['picked_up'],  picked_up: ['in_transit'],  in_transit: ['out_for_delivery'],  out_for_delivery: ['delivered', 'returned'],  delivered: [],  returned: [],} export function canMove(from: ParcelState, to: ParcelState) {  return allowed[from].includes(to)}

Every change records who made it and why, so support, finance, and operations read the same story.

interface Transition {  from: ParcelState  to: ParcelState  actor: Actor  reason?: string  at: Date} export function move(parcel: Parcel, to: ParcelState, actor: Actor, reason?: string) {  if (!canMove(parcel.state, to)) throw new InvalidTransition(parcel.state, to)  parcel.history.push({ from: parcel.state, to, actor, reason, at: new Date() })  parcel.state = to}

The shared workflow stays the same when a shipping provider changes. Provider details live behind one interface.

export interface ShippingProvider {  readonly id: string  createShipment(order: ConfirmedOrder): Promise<Shipment>  trackingUrl(shipment: Shipment): string} // The order workflow depends on the interface, never on one carrier.export async function ship(order: ConfirmedOrder, provider: ShippingProvider) {  const shipment = await provider.createShipment(order)  return markShipped(order, shipment)}

Agents, admins, merchants, and couriers each get the actions that fit their role.

type Role = 'agent' | 'admin' | 'merchant' | 'courier'type Action = 'confirm' | 'ship' | 'deliver' | 'settle' const permissions: Record<Role, Action[]> = { agent: ['confirm'], admin: ['confirm', 'ship', 'settle'], merchant: ['ship'], courier: ['deliver'],} export const can = (role: Role, action: Action) => permissions[role].includes(action)

We release in small steps, watch what runs, and fix what the data shows.

$ npm run release✓ typecheck       passed✓ tests           passed✓ build           passed→ deploy          production✓ health check    passed✓ release         complete

04Process

From first conversation to a running system.

You always know what we are doing, why, and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Understand

    We map the workflow, the people in it, the systems already there, and the constraints that matter.

    Outputs

    • Problem map
    • Constraints
  2. 02

    Design

    We define the useful scope, the architecture, and a delivery path you can follow.

    Outputs

    • Scope
    • Architecture
    • Delivery path
  3. 03

    Build

    We ship working software in increments and connect it to the operation around it.

    Outputs

    • Working software
    • Connected systems
  4. 04

    Operate

    We watch what runs, resolve issues, and keep improving the system.

    Outputs

    • Observation
    • Fixes
