Make parcel state explicit
The product work models parcel progress as defined transitions and records a history of changes. That gives the operational record a meaning beyond the label currently shown in a dashboard.
Owned product · Delivery operations
Deliverio is a delivery operations product built and sold by Starthinc Labs LLC. Its public product site covers parcel tracking, pickup and courier work, and cash-on-delivery operations. Behind those surfaces is a system that has to keep one parcel understandable as it moves between people and stages.
The context
A delivery is not a single action. A parcel is created, handed over, moved through a network, assigned for delivery, and resolved. Each step may involve a different role. Cash collection and settlement add a connected financial workflow. When these steps are treated as unrelated screens, it becomes difficult to see what happened and who can act next.

The diagram is a high-level view of the operational handoffs, not a live product screen.
Decisions that shape the work
The product work models parcel progress as defined transitions and records a history of changes. That gives the operational record a meaning beyond the label currently shown in a dashboard.
Merchant, network, and courier work have different responsibilities. The workflow is organized around those boundaries so a handoff has a clear owner and context.
Pickup, delivery, documentation, and COD affect the same parcel journey. The engineering approach treats them as related parts of the operating system rather than isolated features.
The work
Real parcels encounter exceptions, but each state still needs a meaning that operators can act on.
Different teams need different actions without losing the history of a parcel’s journey.
Cash collection is connected to delivery while remaining a distinct responsibility.
What this shows
Deliverio shows the kind of systems work Starthinc Labs takes on: mapping a real operation, giving its states and handoffs clear meaning, and designing software around the people who must use it. The product website is the source for current features and commercial details.
The same questions appear in client systems with multiple teams and physical handoffs: what state is the work in, who owns the next action, and what record will explain the result later?
